Organization:
-3 areas of 20x15 set up as shown
-5 yard scoring zone where defenders cannot go into
-3 groups of players
-6 Pugg goals or 12 cones for 6x goals
Instructions:
-Players placed in groups depending upon skill level
-Individual competition between players of each group
-Player at front of line receives a pass from the defender then the play goes live on the attackers first touch. the attacker tries to beat defender and driblles into the zone and scores to gain a point for him/herself.
-If goal is scored/ball goes out of play/ball that 1v1 game is over, the attacker becomes the defender, and the next attacker comes into field to try and score
-If the defender steels they will then transition and try to score in the oposite goal as shown above.
-If player uses a moves successfully and scores, they gain 3 points.
-Player from each group with most amount of points wins.
Coaching Points:
-Good positive first touch
-Controlled approach
-Observe defenders position
-Attackers defenders front foot
-Execution of move
-Take touch back across the defender and accelerate away
Progression
the player can now beat the defender to and score without entering the endzone

Organization:

- attacking teams of 4 players possition numbers (9,10,7,11)
-defending teams of three player
- allow rotation so all players get to try all positions.
-6 Pugg goals or 12 cones for 6x goals
Instructions:
Teams of 4 players each player being restricted to there channel except 10 can move bettween Any channel.
the defending team starts with the ball and plays a pass to the attacking team then go to press , the attacking team must try to keep possession passing across there three channels untill one of them can penetrate in there zone to score.
if the defencive team steels they must then transition to the oposite side and do the same.
Coaching Points:
2nd attackers role and support(recap)
3rd attacker width and depth
Decision of 1st attacker (penetrate / possess / play behind) effected by movement of 3rd attacker
Identifying gaps in defense to penetrate
Identifying defenders position
Use body to shield ball / dribble with correct foot to protect ball
Touch every step, pinky toe, head up - when defenders are close
Big touches in space, head up after every touch, take ball in stride (when space is available)
Position the body in between the ball and opponent
Stay sideways-on to protect the ball and provide balance
Body weight is on the leg nearest to the defender
Head up to observe available options for posession
Tempo of play
Progressions:
allow the players on the attacking team to switch grids and work on possible combinations to penetrate.
if we score in the middle channels goal we get 3 points the rest of the channels is 1 point.

Instructions:
Normal game rules but restarts will be first pass is free from a throwing only using this as an opertunity to work on recieving in the air once the ball is under control then the play goes live.
Coaching Points:
Game stoppage based on previouse activity to use possession to penetrate.

6 cones with 20x10 spacing as shown above
players form 2 lines and perform coaches commands
players must perform all stretches at a set pace of 25% being their minimum & 100% being their max
Instructions
Reapeat each of the following twice:
Set up A
-player start with 25% running pace to the first cone then rotate back to the same line
-players will then run to the first cone at 25% then on to the second cone at 50% running speed rotating back to there line at 25%
-in the same pace pattern of 25% to 50% perform the stretches below:
*High knees
*Heel kicks
*Open gates
*Close gates
*2 step push off
Set up B
The players must now up the pace pattern 75% -100% performing the stretches below
*Stop start push off
*Forward and Backward push off
*Feint
*Double Feint
*Stop & Change
*Fake & change
