Players : 12( two GK)
Group: 2, (5 players per group)Dishes: 4, Cone: 6

Introduction: GK will distribute the ball to the player ,then player receive theball and run with ball through Cone passing to oppositegoalkeeper.Alternatively, both the Goalkeepers serve the ball to the rightplayers and then left players.
AIMS:1.Training Reception:-Body preparation ( Angel and Shape)-First Touch2. RWB 3. Keeper Serve ball/ Distribution
Coaching Point:
1. Body Angel need to face both the ball and destination (Cone )
2. use Far Foot and Near Foot (depends on the ball served from GK and opponent)
3. First Touch: Hard and Soft.Hard ( due to opponent or next action by using inside or outside of feet)Soft ( half-stop by the bottom of foot to pull and roll the ball)

Introduction
GK 1 will distribute the ball to the player, then player (2 area ) receive the ball and dribble to the defender. The teammate on Area 1 will support him with other defender.
The Purpose is shooting the goal and defender would attack GK1 to keep the transaction moment.
The attacking and defending team will interchange.
AIMS:
1. Train up Reception
-Body preparation (Angel and Shape)
- First Touch under stress
2. Train up Footwork
-sole of foot
- inner and outer of foot.

Coaching Point:
1 vs 1

3. Head Up to keep the vision check the ball,cone and destination.
4. First Touch: Soft by using inside Foot if far foot.
( half-stop by the sole of foot to pull and roll the ball)
5. Change direction by the sole of foot / outside or inside foot.
6. Speed up after changing the direction.
7. Both Left and Right feet.
8. Center of Mass Shift.
9. Consider big space and small space
11. Break Run to receive the ball
2 vs 2
12. Find the opportunities to 1 vs 1.
13. Wide supporting
14. Patient and Protect ball to check the teammater always.
15. The preparation of re-position ( re-organization )
16. Recovery shooting if teammate preparing the shooting ( depend the body direction and angel)

1. 2 vs 2 by removing the cone ( free 2 vs 2 )
