Green starts with the ball. and tries to build up and score a goal. white tries to win it and score as wel.
KEY POINTS:
White defenders are ONLY allowed to boot the ball/kick it up asap. NO short passes, only long balls
Green defenders are working on taking out of the air, directing balls so green can win the 2nd ball

Practice Organisation:
- 20 players.
- 5 yd rondos.
- 10 yds spacing between grids.
- All the rondos start with 4v1.
- The idea is to introduce the attack to defence quick transition mentality.

- Work as fast as possible.
- Rondos played on 1 touch.
