7:45-7:55pm:
- 2 patterns : 4-5, & 4-10
- passing & moving patterns (pass & follow, last ball dribble & leave with GK)
- body positioning, pass ball to advantage space

POSITIONING EXERCISE - passing with defenders (10 mins)
(13 players + GK - 2 defenders blocking channels, one blocking 8-9 or 8-11, the other choosing 4-5 or 4-10)
7:55-8:05pm
- passing & moving patterns (pass & follow, last ball dribble & leave with GK)
- pass selection based on defender positioning (decide which pattern to use)
- defender blocks channels & wins channel balls only (no tackling)

POSITIONING GAME - Playing Out 1 Side Only (15 mins)
15 Players (14 + GK) : 8 attackers (blue)+ GK vs 5 red (at start) then 6 defenders (red)
Defenders must stay in zones (3 front zone, 3 back zone)
D = defender
T = target player
8:05-8:20pm
- initially only 2 defend at front (remove Tia); introduce once working
- start play from GK to 4 or 6
- play out and reach goal &/or a T
- restrict to 2 touch
- if defenders win ball, play back to GK
- requires correct decision (who to play) & pass execution
- requires attackers moving to avoid having passing channels blocked

GAME TRAINING - 11 v11 (20 mins)
8:20-8:40pmSetup:
22 Players : 11 v 11
3/4 Pitch
Rules:
1. Start play from GK.
2. Defending team has 6 passes to shoot if they win ball.
Coaching Points :
1. Starting position of 3 & 4 (wide or narrow)
- if narrow, brings opponent defending 7 & 11 infield, making room to play 2 & 5.
- if wide, pushes opponent defending 7 & 11 wider, making room to play 8 & 10.
2. Options for 4 - straight to 8, wide to 5, diagonal to 11.
3. If GK plays to 6, 6 checks in on a slight angle the way they want to direct play, ball played into path of 6.
4. Body shape and field position.
5. Checking away and in for 8 & 10.
