Possession - River (20 min).
Field set up:
3 teams, split according to video.
2x boxes 12x12 steps.
4 step gap in middle (the river).
1) The ball is played to the yellow team, they must complete 4 passes before trying to transfer the ball across the river to the blue team.
2) If the red defenders win possession of the ball (shown in animation) or intercept the pass across the river, the blue players become the defending team.
3) The pass across the river can be played on the ground or in the air.
Progression:
The pass across the river can only be played on the ground.
Competition: When a team successfully transfers the ball across the river they gain a point. The team with the most amount of points at the end of 10 minutes wins.

Field set up:
30 steps wide.
40 steps long.
2 teams, set up according to video.
+ 2 Neutral players (red).
1)The neutral players are always on the team who has possession of the ball.

Possession - Rondos (20 min)
Field set up:
6x6 steps.
1) 2 minute games - at the end of 2 minutes the best two players move up and the worst two players move down.
2) If a yellow player loses the ball, they become the defender in the middle and gain a point (points are bad).
3) If the yellow players make 10 passes the blue defender gains another point.
4) At the end of 2 minutes, the 2 players with the least amount of points move up a square and the players with the most points move down.
5) If there are a number of players on the same amount of points, a game of paper, scissors, rock is played to decide who moves.
