Progression
Ball is now served again as a roll. Keeper starts in a kneeled position again. Goes down makes the save but then returns to start position.
If goalkeepers are finding it too easy use a side footed serve.

Same drill but a standing position. Ball served either side. Goalkeeper to choose own serve depending on ability. Low dive save then up to feet.
Challenge - to get them back on to feet.
Pendulum Leg Movement - raising of leg to bring themselves back up. Kneeling foot to get themself back up to set position again.

One low serve into bottom corner. Save the ball up using Pendulum Leg to save high diving save opposite side.

Then 8 reps working other side.
Serve can be thrown or kicked depending on ability

Ball is served by a roll to each side alternatively
Start position is sat on bottom
As ball is served bring legs around to a horizontal position with body.
Lift top leg . One hand on top of the ball one behind. Ball in front of goalkeeper.

Progression
Start postion is on the goalkeepers knees but not sat on heels.
Ball served again as a roll.
Keep same body and hand position as last drill. Make emphasis on top leg.

Progression
Start position again is on the Goalkeepers knees.
Goalkeeper is not served to but has hold of a ball in front of them.
Challenge - Can the dive keeping the ball in their hands and the return to the start position on their knees. Using the leg movement to upright themselves.
