Organisation
- Place a player from either side in the middle section to intercept passes, when a player intercepts the pass they swap sides who ever passes the miss placed pass.
- Place spare balls around the drill.
Key Factors
- Players in the outside areas who do not have the ball have to move into better positions to make the pass easy.
Progressions
- 2 touch pass, as little touches as possible.
- How many successfull passes you can make in 1 minuite
- Ask the defenders to work together and make the most succesfull teams life hell!

Key Factors
- Each player is stuck in to their own zone once somebody scores rotate striker to defence and everybody else up the pitch.
- You can only tackle the opposition in your zone.
- Nobody can dribble out of their zone into the next zone you must pass through to the next zone.
Organisation
- Place players in each zones to create defensive 2v1's with a 1v1 in the middle.
- No goalkeepers, small goals

Key Factors
- Look at the target.
- Eyes on the ball.
- Angle of approach.
- None kicking foot alongside ball in confortable position
- Strike center of the ball.
- Firm ankle and follow through the ball.
- When Receiving the ball stay on your toes, anticipate the ball speed and receive with the inside of your foot.
Organisation
- Arange a 30m x 20m pitch into 3 sections using cones.
- Split the team into equal side using bibs.
- Create a no go area in the centre 3rd.
- Place spare balls around drill
