Scenario 3 - 10 plays 7 or 11, gets it back and SPOA, OF takes touch inside to create space for 9 to overlap, OF hits other OF who then plays overlapping 9 for cross and finish.Depending on the final pass it can be a shot on goal or cross and finish

- Play 4v4 going to goal - One defender has to run around a pole and recover to defend - we will rotate each round which defender runs around pole and recovers to create different openings.
- CM can play long ball into vacated space or can drive into a 4v3 to create numbers up situation
- May have to adjust distance of pole to be sure we can get the right scenario for recovering defender
- Attacking team attempts to score on big goal
- Defending team if win the ball go to counter goals
- Defenders rotating - Eve, Jacey, Riley, Penny, Fabi, Maya, Zoe, Izzy, Zoe
- Attacking rotating - Mia, Eliza, Krista, Nohara, Amber, Cate, Tatum, Brynn, Ando
