Two Drills .
Drill LHS = Players A, B, C
Player A carries whilst B shaves . If the shave is good , B scores in mini goals whilst A tries to shave B.If the shave is not good A hit a ball in on the reverse for C to defelect .
The same concept applies for D,E and F on the RHS .
Ensure that the drills are syncronised so that you avoid injury .
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Hockey images.
Purpose is to incorporate both shaves . 1. Against the players direction and 2 with the players direction.
A and B transfer until C calls the ball in .
Optionn1:D must shave and play a 2V2 with E toward the main goals against A and B .
Option 2: C Arcs and must must shave . If no shave takes place c carries toward mini goals . If theshave takes place E must connect with D and play a 2v2 v Aand B toward the main goals .
If A and B turn over the ball they connect with C and play a 3v2 up to the mini goals .
