Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Can use any part of the pitch and need three goalkeepers and three cones.
Transition into small sided game giving the keepers the instruction that they can only distribute the ball by the two techniques practiced. This will allow them to practice at game speed and decide which throw is best used and when it should be used. This allows the keeper to start to learn to make their own decisions.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Simple drill S1 can throw or roll a ball to S2. S2 will over arm throw to S3. S3 will under arm roll ball to S1.
once keepers have control of the techniques S1 can change the direction of the ball and the keepers change the throw they are doing.
further progression is the S1 controls the speed and flow of the ball to each keeper, getting the keepers to constantly change their type distribution.
Further progression is that the triangle can get bigger.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
challenges will be using the correct technique, having to constantly focus changes they will have to make. Ensuring good detail in their technique and also precision. Increase the speed of the drill and also the size of the triangle.
