Points for improvement:

- Struggling to Improve intensity recently, coaches might join in to a square each round and move into another at the start of each round. Kids enjoy the competition of a coach joining in, plus it allows Dom and myself to set the standard. Each group would have 1/3 rounds by themselves, which can be observed to see if the standards set previously are upheld.

- Defensive line positioning when passing flat, must always have a player positioned lower to help defensively if ball is lost.

- Fullbacks must look to be higher when possible to ensure the ball doesn't finish lower than when it was first played into the defensive line. Must also look to progress up the line when there is space to do so.
