Set up: 20x20 square, divided into 4 channels. 6v6, 3 players per channel.
Instruction: Players in the 2 middle channels are trying to prevent the pass through to the opposite players. Red tries to pass to red, White tries to pass to white. If red loses possesion, white now tries to pass throught the red. Change place with the outside after some progression.

Set up: 1/2 field, Start with 3 players on the outside, back 4 and a Goalkeeper
Instructions: Defenders to move as a unit where the ball is moved. If the ball moves back up field, Defenders should push up, but beware of long ball over top. Shift left and right as a unit. If defenders win the ball, they can try and get the ball back to the central distributor for 1 point.

Instructions: Outside players may play into strikers who attempt to go to goal. If defenders win the ball, they can try and get the ball back to the central distributor for 1 point.

-Opening and closing the gate

-Add a twist with the forward lunges
-Knees to hand forwards
