- cones laid out in a diamond 8m apart
- split into 2-3 groups
- players fill in the cone spaces, with all remaining players standing in a line at the first cone with a ball each
- players pass and follow their pass
- 1 set RF, 1 LF
- Progress to a 1-2
- Progress to a 1-2, then long pass to 3rd man
- Progress to pass then press the man across from you

Warm up activities
a) lunge matrix with spinal side bends and overhead reach (forward, back, side, curtsy)
