Game 5v3+GK (20 mins)

Organization:

  • A 5v3+2 organization
  • 4 rounds 4minX1min
  • Grey team: Andrew/Drake, Landon, Daniel - Oscar, Tor, Liam - Pedro, Owen, Jacob/Marcin
  • Orange team: Brandon/Rome/Matthew - Alessandro/Yunus/Oliver - Jairo/Christian/Geison/Lenin

Instructions:

  • It starts with the team in possession with the objective of finding the free man to break pressure and continue possession on the opposing side. They will score a point if they are able to connect a pass from goalkeeper to goalkeeper.
  • The team without the ball will press and if they recover the ball they can finish in goal, if they do, another third starts pressing on the opposite side, if they don't finish, the first third continues pressing.

Instructions:

  • It starts with a pass to the goalkeeper and the objective of the team in possession will be to pass the half line.
  • First two rounds the defending team starts pressing with two players, last rounds with three players in the first line of pressure, if they recover the ball they can finish in the big goal.
  • Three balls are played: First ball pass to goalkeeper, second ball pass to focus team and third ball to team attacking the goal.
