4v4+3
Black are always on offense. Yellow cannot pass to the Yellow directly next to them. As soon as Blue win the ball they must switch with the Yellow and continue to play. Rotate the 1 Black in the middle. Set up 2 grids. Have plenty of spare balls close.

Area 40x20 divided as shown.
How to Play
Blues try to keep possession 6 v 3. If the Yellows win the ball, they attempt to switch to their waiting team mates. They follow the ball and 3 Blues become the defenders. If the Yellows can force the Blues to play the ball out, play restarts with the coach passing into the Yellow half.
If the Blues can keep the ball for 10 passes a 4th Yellow can go in to help.
Coaching Points
Big team - good passing angles and support play.
Small team - try to pressure a poor pass or touch. Try to make play predictable. Communicate.

Organisation
Make the area as big as you need.
Yellow team play with the Green GK, Blue team with the Orange GK.
How to Play
The Green GK feeds the ball into his half, the Yellow team must complete one pass in that half before playing into the opposite half.
Before they can score, all the Yellow players must be in the half they are attacking.
If the ball goes out of play, the coach feeds another ball in.
