Goalkeeper starts on the far post, will move over the cones (vary between high knees, in and out etc), GK reaches front post. Coach 1 on touchline plays ball back towards the penalty spot, GK dives out on floor to stop ball. As soon as ball is stopped, Coach 2 plays ball towards far post. GK must regain his footing and make the 2nd save.
