THE SESSION: First Touch (Break the line)
Player receives the ball from coach and breaks the line with first touch and RWTB and stops the ball between two cones. Player then repeat process until all spaces are filled.
PROGRESSIONS:
Complete process with all left foot and/or all right foot.
Vary pass, in the air, bounce etc

THE SESSION: Ball Preparation and movement
* (Cones are different colours on bottom of poles)
Player starts in PART A. Ball is played in by coach, coach then calls a colour. Player must then touch pole with his hand. (pole with the colour cone the coach has called). Player then plays a pass back to coach first time and repeats process. Player must be jogging on the spot at all times.
PART B, (two touch). Player starts in the middle of the square. Coach plays a pass and then calls a colour. Player then plays across his body to corresponding colour and plays pass back to coach. Section 1 shows an example of the front poles/cones. Section 2 shows an example of the back poles/ cones. Player must be jogging on the spot at all times. Repeat process for alloted time.

THE SESSION: Pass and Receive with scan
Player starts by playing passes back and forth with coach. On coaches call (cones are different colours on bottom of poles), player moves sideways scanning and receives another pass. He then RWTB around bottom cone and then plays pass back to coach to start the process again.

THE SESSION: Light feet touch and move with scan
Drill starts at DIAGRAM - A. Player plays passes back and forth with coach. Coach then calls a colour (cones are different colours on bottom of poles). Player then shifts across to coresponding colour, scanning as he moves. Player then plays a pass on other side of pole.
DIAGRAM - B - Player then moves back to the middle. He then plays a pass with coach and drifts out at an angle to the opposite side. Player then receives a pass and plays across the mannequin. One touch to play across and one touch to pass to coach (2 touches). Process then starts again.
PROGRESSIONS:
After playing round mannequin, play to coach who sets ball for player to shoot at mini goal.

THE SESSION: RWTB and PASSING PREP
Player starts at A and dribbles through the cones. Once he arrives at the end cone, he turns and passes into mini goal. Continue working both sides.
PROGRESSIONS:
Player starts at A and dribbles through the cones. Now player must play pass to coach on far cone.He then receives pass from coach and turns and passes into mini goal. Continue working both sides.

THE SESSION: Ball Preparation, turns, side moves with focus on checking.
Player starts on edge of square and runs towards coach. Coach plays ball out in the air for player to bring down and play back to coach. Player then retreats to starting position and repeats process. This time when receiving ball on the pitch, he turns side on and RWTB towards the square. Coach then calls a sequence of colours or numbers (4 cones should be all a different colour) and player then has to follow coaches order and do a turn/side move on each cone in the sequence.Once completed, player then RWTB towards mini goal and plays a give and go with bounce wall and passes into mini goal.

THE SESSION: RWTB Awareness
Coach plays a pass to player, who receives back foot. Player then RWTB into cone grid (cones are different colours). Coach calls a variety of colours and player must dribble around cones in the same order as the coaches instructions. Once he completes that, he must RWTB through the end gates.
PROGRESSIONS:
Restrictions on what foot can be used (left/right).
