Offensive and defensive team shape (40 mins)
Create 8 vertical zones using cones and also identify the defensive third.
Game play with all the game rules.
Coaching points:
-Offensive:
o try to cover as many as possible vertical zones
oPlay the ball fast between the vertical zones with the objective to force the defensive team to be spread across as many as possible vertical zones

Awareness - Flag soccer with 2 end zones (25 mins)
40x50 m zone with 2 end zones on each side.
2 even teams with the pinnies attached to their shorts.
The teams play the ball using their hands inside the play zone and they are allow to put it on the ground just in the end zones and score in the big net. The team off possession can intercept the ball when it is loose or can still the pinnie from the player with the ball.
Restriction. – just offensive player in the end zone with progression of allowing 1 defender in the end zone, 2 offensive v 1 defender, 2 offensive 2 defenders. Once multiple players allow in the end zones the players could score on the small nets too.
Coaching points:
-Keep the head up and look for space to receive the ball
-Find options before the defender reach the player in possession
-Play fast with your feet once the ball is on the ground
