2x mannequins, 1 either side
blue and red bibs
cones to mark out area of pitch.
AIM OF THE GAME
red team start with the ball in this example, 1st player dribbles past a mannequin and shoots into mini goal.
he then gets across and tries to defend vs the 1st blue player who dribbles past the mannequin and shoots at the mini goal.
once the blue player shoots he has to go and defend vs the next red attacker and try stop him scoring into the mini goal.
