Patient Build up / Breaking Lines - 25/30 Minutes
Set Up:
3 Equal teams, try to mix up defenders / midfielders and forwards.
Set up box like above (44x40 yards) - Make smaller if 5v5v5 or 4v4v4
3 Minute matches then rotate teams.
Possession Game, 1 team resting while two teams working. Outside players are bounces for team in possession, 2 touch/2 seconds maximum for these or ball turns over.
Team in possession needs to complete 6 passes before scoring, team can score in either goal. About being patient, trying to break lines and switching play if its not on to score in near side goal.
Progression 1 - (After Each Team has played each other once)
Team can only score in one goal (Nominate which goal the team can score in before playing)

Breaking Lines SSG - 25 Minutes
Split into 2 equal teams, with 2 floaters
Use full width of half, put goals in line with edge of penalty area.
Play 3 blocks of 7/8 minutes rotate floaters / or remove them between blocks.
To score, red team looking to penetrate red end zone and score in goals facing the wrong way.
No Amount of Passes required, just need to penetrate the end zone. Can penetrate the end zone by passing or dribbling over line.
End Zone acts as an offside line, so no one can be stood waiting in there. (Use flat disks if i have given you any, don't worry if i haven't!
Progression 1 - Remove floaters and create equal teams.
