Organization:
-Partner up
-One ball between them
-Stand 20-30 yards
Instructions:
-Players will practice hitting a Lofted and Driven ball to one another
-Go over how to strike each one
-This is developmental repitition as the girls have done both of these passes before.
Coaching Points:
Lofted
-lean back as you strike ball
-strike under the ball to get it to rise
Driven
-strike through the center of the ball
-instep/laces to strike the ball with power and speed

Instructions:
Ball is played out wide. Wide players combine and deliver a cross into the box. Two attackers attempt to score. After attack they join the players on deck behind the goal they attacked. Process repaets with the ball being delivered from the opposite side.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass out wide
- Movement/communication of wide players
- Wide player taking big touch
- Quality of cross (low driven into second six, chipped to the backpost, cut back to the edge of the box)
- Danger Zone - Between defender and goalkeeper
- Shape and timing of runs (front post runner gambling and getting infront of GK, back post runner a little deeper for the ball played deeper)
- Eyes/Head down - Half pace to full pace
- Far post run is late
- Prepare body to finish - Body shape
- Be alive for rebounds
Progressions:
- Add in a defender
- Two players attack, and then transition to defend the next attack from the opposition. Game become directional.

Instructions:
5v5 game. 2 neutral players play in the wide channel and play for the team in possession. One of the team in possession can join them in the channel to make a 2v1.
Coaching Points:
- When to play wide and when to play centrally
- Exploiting numbers up situations in wide areas
- Quality of cross (type of cross and execution)
- Movement of players in the box to attack ball
- Finish!

Will add in ball to perform ball mastery.

4) Roll/Touch
Will then add in fast feet elements to increase tempo.
