TECHNICAL - Short combinations with lay-offs in an End to End Pass & Move drill - 15 mins
ORGANIZATION
4 mannequins or poles, cones, balls. Area of 15 x 25 m
PRACTICE INFORMATION
DURATION: 15 mins? REPS: 3 mins/ BLOCKS: 4
INSTRUCTION DETAILS
In an area of 15 x 25 m, set up the grid as the diagram above, 2 mannequins 25 m from each other, and a set of 4 cones about 5 m from each other and 15 m apart.
Place 1 player at each mannequins(A/D), and two players at each middle/sided cones (C/B)
Play initiates from the player A passing to player C, that will receive and play to player B, that will play the next pass to player D.
Players rotation will be A ---B---C---D --- A
PROGRESSION
Play initiate from player A, passing to player D, that will play to player C, as the ball travels to player C, player B shows to receivea short pass lay-off from player C. Player B will play back to player A to initiate the pattern again.

INSTRUCTION DETAILS
In a area of 30 x 30 ms, place 4 players outside and 4 players inside as the diagram. At the variation 1 the play start from one of the outside players play the pass to next outside player diagonally to him, that will play the next pass to an inside player, that will combine to another inside player. At this variation, after one combination inside the next pass goes to an outside player to initiate the pattern again.

SSG/RHONDO - Creating space in a 5 v 5 with NO-GO Middle circle - 15 mins
ORGANIZATION - OBJECTIVES - Possession base activity with focus on creating space

PRACTICE INFORMATION
DURATION: 15 mins./ REPS.: 3 mins./ BLOCKS: 3
INSTRUCTION DETAILS
will initiate from the coach or a server, play a pass to one of the players, whoever receives keep possession, the defending team are NOT ALLOWED TO STEP IN A CIRCLE, but the possession team can play the ball through the middle. If defender regain possession they will keep.

SSG - MEDIUM POSSESSION - Create space and play through press in a 6 v 6 tactical game - 20 mins
ORGANIZATION
Area of 40 x 40 ms. 12 players, pug goals, or counter goals, balls, cones, color vests
PRACTICE INFORMATION
DURATION : 20 mins./ REPS.; 3 mins./ BLOCKS: 6
OBJECTIVES - Tactical possession, move the ball, create spaces, play through the lines.
INSTRUCTION DETAILS
In an area of 40 x 40, place 1 player per 10 m zones ( players are locked at their zones). Soon server plays the ball and the receive team touch, the game is alive, they need to move the ball to break the lines, with the aim to find a forward to score in one touch play. If the ball goes out of bounce the next server plays a ball to the opposing team.
