Description

⚽Practice Organization

• Players should follow the passing pattern flow and execute sequence 
• The subgroup must pass and move fast 
• At the end of the passing figure the player receives the ball in the free space and drives it quickly back to the off-set

⚽Key Coaching Points

• The player in the middle plays significant role in this exercise(he should always be aware of the upcoming pass from the other side)
• Quality of passing(power, accuracy, dominant leg of the teammate and timing of passing)
• In this exercise is beneficial to convey the ball and apparently move towards your pass(makes easier for the prospective player to orientate and  predict the next pass)
• Synchronization
• Communication
• Off ball movement
• Unilateral execution
• The middle player must run fast at the middle spot(white flat marker)in order to receive and altogether assist the ball from the other leg of the exercise

• (Open) movement at the top figure
• Prospectively, addition of long ball from the player at the very end of the exercise, after the 1-2 relationship
