Infection Tag/Zombies vs. Humans (10-15 mins)
-Play with and without a ball
-Choose two players to start as "infected" taggers
-Infected players will have a pinnie either on or holding it in their hand.
- "Humans" will not have a pinnie, their goal will be to survive without getting "infected" or tagged for as long as possible.
- Once a human is tagged they will then grab a pinnie and join the "infected" taggers.
-Play within a a 20x20 yard space, adjust based on numbers
-Encourage players to use change of pace and change of direction to avoid the infected taggers for as long as possible.
Zombies With a Soccer Ball
-There will be two players selected as "zombies". Zombies will now have a soccer ball instead of a pinnie. The goal for these
players is to accurately pass the soccer ball to tag the "human"
players. The ball must hit the "humans" below the knee for it to count. Then
humans turn into zombies and grab a soccer ball as well. Play until
one human remains or until tired.
- Encourage the "humans" to be aware of their
surroundings as to avoid getting hit. Encourage zombies to dribble
to get close to their target then perform a technically sound pass
into the human.

Soccer Bowling (10-15 mins)
- Split players up into groups of three or four players, each group will need their own set of cones and soccer balls. The groups of players will be competing against each other to see which group can knock off the soccer balls the quickest.
- Set up 3-4 cones in a line, place soccer balls on top. Roughly 5 to 10 yards away from the starting set
of cones. Adjust distance based on the skill level of the players.
-Players will focus on passing with the inside of their foot in
order to knock over one of the soccer balls on the cones. The goal is to knock all of the soccer balls off of the cones before the other teams. If a player misses they have to quickly run to their ball, perform a pullback, and dribble the ball back between the two starting cones in order for the next person to go.
- Play for 2-3 mins or until one team knocks over all 3 balls
- Play 2-3 games, you have the option to change the shape of the
cones each game to adjust the level of difficulty. (triangle, straight line, square)
Coaching Points: Encourage players to retrieve their ball using the
pullback turn or the inside cut in order to be quick and effective. Encourage players to use the inside of their foot when passing, remind them of the importance of pointing your plant foot towards where you want the ball to go.

Buried Treasure (10-15mins)
- Place both mini goals on one side of the field, players will be working individually and as a group in this activity.
- Players will begin by kicking their soccer balls away from the pair of goals, soccer balls should be randomly dispersed in the field before the activity begins.
- In this activity the players(treasure hunters) must retrieve the soccer balls(treasure) from the field(ocean) and return them to the two goals(treasure chest). The players must work together to score all of the soccer balls into the goals as quickly as possible. The goals are defended by a player or coach(sea monster), who will tag players to freeze them before they can score. For players to be unfrozen they must be tagged by a teammate. The game will continue until all of the soccer balls are scored.
- Coaching Points: encourage player to pick their head up to be aware of where the defender or sea monster is located. Encourage the players to work together by passing once there are only two or three soccer balls left. Challenge them to use skills to avoid the defender.

- Play initiated by coach playing a pass in to either side
- Objective is to win the ball and score in mini goals
Progression: Coaches can play the role of a bumper/neutral on the sideline and encourage off ball movement and 1-2s(Give and go).
Coaching points:
Encourage use and experimentation with skills and passing combos, encourage players to use correct passing technique.

-Play 5v5 at the most, this allows for more players to get more touches on the soccer ball and gain more experience
- if the ball goes out of bounds have the players kick the ball back into a teammate or dribble back into play.
-After a goal play starts from the center with both teams on their respective halves.
-Encourage players to work as a team and come up with a formation made up of Defenders, Midfielders, and Attackers.
(Ex: 1-3-1 as shown above)

player can perform the skill

-Challenge them to see if they can fake you out with the skill.
Progressions: Fake Shot/Ronaldo Chop and Brazilian Toe Taps
Coaching points: Keep the ball close and under control, Be aware
of surroundings so you don't cause an "accident" or collide with
another player
