Grid approx. 50yds x 30yds
3 teams. Play begins with team A in endzone engaged in 3 v 1,after connecting three passes they can then score 1 point by sending a through ball between middle zone of 3 defenders to team B in other endzone. Defender must leave zone were ball just left and new defender may enter new endzone where ball is inside. Play is continuos, rotate roles.
Coaching Points:
1.Can we move into space while ball is moving? Do not stand still.
2.Positive first touch. Where do you want to go with the ball?
3.Can we find open player/space behind the defense? Take pictures over shoulder while ball is coming, so can process and not pass blind.

Play begins from halfway line with attacking team CB, 3 midfielders, and Forward in possession going against GK, 3 defenders, and CM. Defense begins with high line for restriction that they must stay in front of just outside penalty area so attackers can begin to look for space behind and between defnce.
Progression:
If offense can switch the point of attack using the CB and score, they are awarded 3 points.
Coaching Points:
1.Can we keep the ball? Risk vs Reward
2. Angle, Distance, and Speed of Support?
3.Can we find space behind or windows to break in between defenders to penetrate with a shot, dribble, or pass?
