Organization:
1. Area as shown (20x20)
2. 16 players: 8 receiving - 8 passers
3. 8 soccer balls
Instructions:
1. Players in center Find a player with the ball on the outside
2.They receive a pass and perform a receiving technique (all will be done in order)
a. Inside Touch, pass with same foot
b. One touch passing
c. Four one touch passes
3. Players will work for 30 seconds and then switch with outside players
Coaching Points:
1. Get in line with flight of ball
2. Inside: Open Door (foot sideways),Toes up (ankle locked),Cushion on contact
3. Place non-passing foot next to the ball.
4. Open the door. (hip)
5. Strike center of ball with inside of the foot.

Organization:
1.20 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2.16 players (10 attackers, 6 defenders) set up as shown
3.Plenty of soccer balls.
Story/Description:
1.The castle defenders have to protect the castles (cones) from being knocked down by the wrecking balls
2.The wrecking balls have to flatten all the castles as quickly as they can
3.The castle defenders have to try and kick the wrecking balls away from the castle, the further the better!
Coaching Points:
1.Look for the open castles
2.Keep the wrecking ball close to you
Developments:
1.P – The castle defenders have brought in a friend, the “castle re builder” (coach) who runs around and rebuilds the knocked down castles

Organization:
1. Two Groups of 4 players
2. Each group plays in a grid (15x15)
3. One ball per group
4. Coach with soccer balls outside grid
Instructions:
1. Players must remenber their numbers
2. Players will not pass the ball in sequence anymore
3. Passing - Receiving -Moving inside your own grid
4. When coach calls out a # (ex:4) both 4's from each team must go into opponent box an steal ball
5. When defender comes in, players must attempt to possess the ball (3v1)
6. If they make 3 passes they will recieve a point, when point is received try to keep making as many passes as possible (ex 9 passes on a row = 3 points)
7. If defender wins it he goes back to his grid without the ball
8. team with the most point at the end wins.
Coaching Points:
1. Receiving Technique ( Cushion on contact)
2. Passing Technique (Accuracy & pace of pass)
3. Movement off the ball
a. Wide
b.Check to (angle)
4. Always moving even if your # is not next. Always look to move and be involved
5. Communicate to your teammate where you are (where you want the ball ex: feet)
6. Importance of keeping (possessing) the ball

Instructions:
- Minimum 3 passes before they can go to goal
- If number of passes aren't met other team gets the ball
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball
- Firm passes using correct part of foot
- Receiving with correct body position/shape
Progressions/Regressions:
- More or less passes required

Dribble through as many gates as possible (1 minute)-Score
On coaches whistle---Players stop their ball and sprint to find another ball
Progression- Take a couple balls out.
Coaching Points: Head up to find open gates
Close touch (baby kicks)
Dribble into open gates with speed
Progressions: Coach (Hulk) trying to knock your balls out...Keep balls close. Change directions. Speed of carrying ball.
B) Players in Pairs (1 ball) - Try to make as many passes through gates as possible.-(1 min)
