>> The teams go throught the grids sprint to the markers and return to the starting position.
>> 2 mins each grids and the 3 teams rotate to the next grid.
>> Rythemic >> Speed >> Agility.
>> Body co-ordination >> Balance.
>> Flexibility of body.
>> Change of direction.

Organisation:-
>> Area 50yds wide and 40yds long.
>> 3 goals, 5yds wide, are set up along one side.
>> Opposite side a counter line.
>> 6v6 blue team try to score by passing and dribbling through one of the 3 goals.
>> The red team defend the goals and try to score by dribbling over the counter line.
COACHING POINTS:-
>> Position to always block off the most direct goal.
>> As the ball moves wide towards a goal, the defenders should shuffle across to block it off.
>> Shuffle as a group - do not allow large gaps to form between defenders.
>> Communicate what you are doing and where players need to go.
Progression:-
>> When the defending team dribble over the counter line they turn and attack the 3 goals.

Organisation:-
>> Formation - Defending team- 1-4-2-1 Attacking team- 1-2-3-2.
>> Building up by the attacking team GK supplies the ball to the players.
>> Some times on coach command the defending team Gk starts.
>> Football will be kept beside of the both goal posts.
COACHING POINTS:-
>> Awareness of the team mates when possession with the ball and possession with the opponents.
>> Decision making- Where to press,How to press and when to press.
>> Compact- getting in closer to block the channels to stop forward passes and gain the advantage to win the ball.
>> Communication- by Gk/ covering player to first man who challenges the opponenet player with the ball to gain the advantage to win the ball.
>> Maintain the balance in back$.
>> Maintain the shape of the team.
Progression:-
>> Condition to defenders - No back pass.

Warm Up (15 mins)
Organisation:-
>> 35X20 yds (3 zones)
>> 4 defenders in middle zone. 3-4 players in endzones.
COACHING POINTS:-
>> Focus on Shape of the back4.
>> Can the defenders stay compact at all times.
>> Avoid the split, pass down the line.
>> 1st defnder put immediate PRESSURE, 2nd defender provide COVER, ability to shift as a group.
