1 - 6yd box is your area. Confident with your decision and your communication
2 - Control the zone. Any flat / low balls should not get past you. Time your jump / movement. Direct your header / clearance wide and high if possible. Be aware of short corner. You will go along with 8 if short corner is taken
3 - Control the back post area. Adjust your body as the ball travels past the far post. Ensure hips mirror the ball to allow for good contact on any clearance. If short corner is taken, you replace the near post (8)
4 - man-to-man marking - touch tight. Eyes on ball and player. Set body when you are confident with the flight. Good contact with the ball

7 - Stay high and wide. This allows you to attack down the wing or inside if opportunity arises

8 - Cover the near post - keep alert to any short corners. You will go if short corner is taken. If corner is taken and the flight takes it past the near post, set body inside the post to block any goal attempts.
10 - Control the area just outside of the box. Mark the player operating outside the box. Stay alert to any movements your opponents makes - go short with them if required. React to any clearances. Get body in-front of opponentre-direct wide if needed. Control and pass wide if possible
