Beep Test:
Players run 20 M or 22 yards. Use 30 yard line and top of 18 as reference points. As the test progresses the intervals between beeps shorten which requires players to increase their speed. The score is based on the level completed and the # of shuttles in each level
Scoring:
Overall, the beep test is an important tool for college soccer programs because it helps coaches assess the fitness of their players and ensure that they are in good physical condition to compete at the highest level. Typically conducted on the first day or within the first week of preseason, it’s informally regarded as a rite of passage for freshmen embarking on their college soccer careers, or simply as the start of a new year for returning players.

3 teams one in each grid. The team in the middle grid is defending and can only send one defender at a time. You can add a second defender depending on numbers and player ability.
The team in possession looks to make 3-5 passes (Depending on age and ability) and then looks to play the opposite side by splitting the middle grid. The players in the middle can intercept passes.
If the ball goes out or the middle team intercepts quick transition and the team that lost the ball is in the middle
