PCD Box idea:  Forces a short and a narrow goal

GK stays deep - just a few steps

1 and 2  run two steps higher than flick spot - from the top the post can be seen from outside shoulder

3 and 4 onto pitch about 4 paces - but higher than GK.  From the top the post can be seen past outside shoulder

All stick heads on ground and ability to move them as needed

This invites a shot to middle as no one closes down the stopper/striker.

PCD Box idea:  If slipped to forwards right

GK steps higher and covers angle

Left deep player runs and fully commits to slipped ball and player - because its on their open stick side, that's why high player doesn't go as it would be reverse stick and easy to run past for forward.

Right deep player drops to post behind GK and covers the injector looking for a deflection

Left top player steps forward and middle covers top of D

Right high player drops to flick spot

This does potentially leave a player on left but ball should be blocked getting to there and they generally run in towards flick spot which is congested

Stopper usually stays top and fake striker usually travels towards flick spot - covered by movement of front two
