6v7 to Goal with 2 counter goals
Objective: To disrupt build up in opponents half and win ball to create scoring chances
Organization: Use half the field with regular goal and 2 counter goals at half field. The Red team has a goalkeeper and 6 attackers, the Blue team has 6 defendrers. Red tries to score on the either of the 2 counter goals. Blue teams tries to score on the regular goal. All restarts beging with the blue
GK.
Try to play the ball forward
#3 will try to play the ball quickly to the #9 and beat the press

Prevent the ball from being played forward
#9 pressing the ball and keeps it from going back to GK
#10 prevents ball from being played in middle of the field
#2 presses the wide player
#8 provides cover for the space behind #2
#6 covers the middle of the field

3v5 to Goal and a counter goal
Objective: to disrupt the buildup in the opponent's halk and win the ball to create scoring chances
Oragnization: set up two fields with a 6 yard cone goal and a counter goal at midfield line. The Red team has a GK and 4 attackers, The Blue team has 3 defenders. Game begins when GK passes ball to a red player. As soon as the ball is the played the blue defenders try to press and win the ball. Blue team tries to score on the cone goal with a GK.
