SETUP.
  • 3 ZONES.
  • 2 TEAMS OF 5 BOTH POSSESSION TEAMS (ZONE A & C) AND 1 TEAM OF 5 INTERCEPTORS (ZONE B).


RULES FOR POSSESSION TEAMS.
  • POSSESSION TEAMS HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER AND MUST SWITCH THE BALL ACROSS TO THE OTHER ZONE. 
  • BEFORE SWITCHING EITHER ZONE, THE TEAM WITH THE BALL MUST COMPLETE A PASSING SEQUENCE
  • POSSESSION TEAM HAVE UNLIMITED PASSES.
  • ALL PASSES NEED TO BE ON THE FLOOR (EVEN WHEN SWITCHING PLAY)
  • IF THE INTERCEPTORS WIN THE BALL, THEY CAN ATTACK ANY GOAL


RULES FOR INTERCEPTORS.
  • TWO PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE ZONE IN POSSESSION WITH THE BALL
