This practice starts with three groups
· First group defenders (5)
Second group midfielders (4)
· Third group strikers (5)
Each group must do 5 passes before sending ball
· the defenders ares sending the ball to the strikers,
· The midfielders are in the middle chasing to win the ball,
· Who ever of the three groups loses the ball goes to the middle to chase the ball
There is a rectangle split into three with 4 cones for the three groups

· The players queue on both on the left and right in groups and the player between the middle of the pitch and the 18 yard box is receiving the ball from the aroups.
· each plaver in both queue take turns passing the ball to the middle plaver who passes the ball in the same corner, the player in the corner sprints to receive the ball and send it cross into the 18 yard box.
(Repeats on both the left and right side)
