Shooting under Pressure -
Same set-up as technical
Player 1 passes to Player 2. As soon as the ball is played Player 3 must run in at pace to become a defender. When striker has had a go he joins defending line. Defenders join Passing line until it is their go to be the striker.
Progressions -
Use weaker foot
Greater distance to goal
Key Points -
Identify area to strike the ball, first touch away from the defender, eyes on the ball.
Also, more decision making - head over ball to keep low, lean back to lift, near/far post, surface of foot to strike with.
