Organization: Cross the river. Reds attempt to play passes from one side to the other. 2 defenders press, others cover the channel. Defenders score a point by playing into the goal or back to their team mates
Coaches Role: Generate speed of play, have a new ball ready, encourage the defender
Technical: Go fast, go slow, get side on
Tactical: Curve run, force in one direction, position of covering defender, setting pressure traps, using the touchline, cutting off passing options
Social: Communicating who is pressing, where play should go
Psychological: Determination, quickly reading the pass to press, focus
Physical: Sprinting to press, slowing down, body shape on approach and guide play

Organization: 3vs3/4vs4 Conditional scrimmage, goal = how ever many passes went before it was scored. eg: 5 passes before scoring = 5 goals

Organization: Players have two touches, receive and pass to their left or their right. The player opposite the receiver runs to close down, no tackle, just work on speed of approach, slow down, & body shape. After pass players go to back of the line they were in, after pressing, players go to the back of the line they pressed
