GK Points Left or Right to recieve backpass from coach. They play a 1-time pass to S2 and get to center of goal for a "cross." S1 tosses ball for GK to punch or box. Then drops into goal to deal w/cross from S2 they passed too. S1 who tosses becomes attacker.
Progression: Coach can shoot or pass to GK in goal: if shot, GK sling throws ball to S2.
Progression 2: Allow both S1s to become attackers.

-Efficiency of foowork when taking cross, dealing w/backpass, and moving around the goal.
-Timing when punching, taking cross, and playing pass.
-Ball line positioning, vertical positioning, starting position to deal w/cross.
-KEEPER Call
-Technical Execution
-Quality of Distribution from Servers
-Decision Making of coming or going and dealing w/traffic. Positioning when not claiming, tuck into goal to react.

Game starts w/cross delivered into the box. Players in the mix can score on either goal. If GK claims cleanly, they can roll ball to player in the middle who sets ball for them to hit first time at other GK.

-GK Starts outside of cone w/ball at their feet. GK passes to S1 and then shuffles to other side of cone to deal w/S1 service. GK does footwork through cones and gets set before stick and then deals w/service for a high ball from S2: gets around stick to deal w/high ball.
A. S1 plays ball for 1-touch. S2 plays traditional high ball.
B. S1 plays ball for a scoop/basket catch. S2 plays a driven high ball.
C. S1 plays ball for contour catch. S2 serves a ball for GK to punch/box
D. S1 plays ball for low collapse or mid range collapse. S2 plays a ball for high ball or box.
CPs
-Efficiency of footwork. - shuffles, cross steps, attacking through the back of the ball, square up when possible.
-Quality of pass to S1, accuracy. Quality of service provided to GK is a way to improve ROP.
-Handling decision and technique. (Imposing self on the ball, weight from shoulders and head into ball, eyes see the ball all the way in).
-KEEPER call when taking the high ball or punching.
