Dinamo Zagreb Technical Diamond Movements (20 mins)

4 Phases. switch with only near cone always (Yellow with Yellow, red with red)

1) Short to near cone, back, then long to far cone. Then the reds do the same pattern. (Note: once yellow plays long he switches with the other blue). Go for 3 minutes, then dynamic stretching for 2 minutes after.

2) Short, back, medium, back, long. Same on the other side. Yellow still only switches with Yellow and red with red. Go for 3 minutes, then dynamic stretching for 2 minutes.

3) Short, Medium, Back, Long. Go for 3 minutes, then dynamic stretching for 2 minutes.

4) Short, Back, Medium, overlap, long. Same on other side. Yellow still only switches with Yellow and red with red. Go for for 3 minutes, then 2 minutes for dynamic stretching.

4v2: 2v2v2 Tight (20 mins)

6x6 yards

2v2v2: Play 4v2. Team in the middle needs full possession to get out. Play organic, don't stop after they win possession. Players go in even if their partner is the one who lost it. I.E. one blue loses it to white (both blues transition in, both whites out).

90-120 Second Games : REST 1:1 Ratio

Game 1: Unlimited touch

Game 2: 1 touch, 2nd touch on ball taken directly out of air or after won possession

Game 3: 2 touch ONLY, first touch with far foot (for open hip). If played with near foot, defense can take person on ball or their partner before the next pass is completed, then they are in.

Game 4: Unlimited Touch

8v8v8+2 Tight (15 mins)

40 wide x 36 long Yards

8v8v8+2: 2 teams on offense and 1 team on defense. Team that loses it goes on Defense. +2 are all time offense. To score Teams on offense needs 10 uninterupted passes to get 1 point. 20 uniterupted passes doubles the points (2 pts, total of 3), etc for every 10 uniterupted.

Play to set score: 3, 5, 7, 10

COACHING POINTS: Play quick and what you see. Furthest Safest pass. Play opposite (if no pressure play short, if high press play long to break lines of pressure).

4 goal game (30 mins)

60 yard long x 66 yards wide

Play 8v8 + 2 Neutrals + 8 Bumpers + 4 Gks.

Red team defends goals 2 and 4. They try to score on 1 and 3

Blue team defends goals 1 nad 3. They try to score on 2 and 4

White team is bumpers for both teams (max 2 touches)

First team to 2 goals wins (Header counts for 2 goals) or 3 minutes. First team to 3 wins is champion. PROGRESS: Need 3 passes before can score and 1 touch finish.

5-15 Fitness (10 mins)

Line at 5 yards and 15 yards.

2 Players with 2 balls: Player 1 takes ball 1 to 5 yards and leaves it. Goes to get ball 2 and takes it to 15 yard line and leaves it. Once player 1 gets back to starting line, player 2 goes and retrieves ball 1 and returns it, then ball 2 and returns it. This is 1 rep. Do 10 reps. For 15+ do under 3 minutes. REST 3 mins (total time it takes to complete).

Set 2: Player 2 takes ball to 15 yard line, then other ball to 5 yard line. Player 1 then retrieves ball at 15 yard line, then 5 yard line. For 15+ do under 3 minutes.

FOR ELITE ATHLETES: DO under 2:30 minutes first set 2:45 2nd set.
