Technical:
Players must run with the ball to the other cone and back to where they started but really focus on turning around the cone to give them the quickest turn around the cone they possibly can. once they have got around the cone they should pass the ball to the other player on there team whos go it is next.

Add a time frame to make players go as quick as they can and have to focus on there turn

Skill:
Red team are the attackers and blue team are the defenders. The aim of the drill is for the red team to run around the cones with the ball whilst the defenders are running behind them putting pressure on the attackers. after 10 mins swap teams so the blue team will attack and the red team defend.

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Defenders get a point if they tackle the attacker and attackers get a point if they reach the end.

Small Sided Game:
To score a goal players must dribble around one of the orange cones really focusing on turning before being able to score in the goals.
