Organization: Box of 40x 20
Instructions:
Red plays possession in the box and needs to connect 3 passes before they can find the striker. When they find the striker, all 3 midfielders join the attack and create a 4v2 situation going to the goal. If Green wins the ball they try to score on the opposite goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed/movement of the ball 2. Movement in different lines (creating diagonal passing lines) 3. Finding the fwd pass 4. Support from the midfielders after the pass 5. Attacking the open space in the box.
Progressions:
- Have 1 midfielders drop after the fwd pass to make it 5v3.

Organization: Width of the GK box, full half.
Instructions:
Teams play 7v7 each trying to attack the goal.
The teams continue until a team scores or attempts a shot and misses. Each ball out of bounds the teams continue play with a kick in.
Coaching Points:
1. Creating diagonal passing lines over the field 2. Rec. pressure/space and decide to go fwd or maintain possession 3. When pass is played fwd create supporting runs 4. When striker checks into the ball have a CM go deep to attack the space in behind.

Organization: Full half of the field.
Instructions:
Teams play 11v11 with normal rules (offside, corner/goal kick, throw ins).
Coaching Points:
1. Movement in different lines (creating diagonal passing lines) 2. Rec. pressure and decide to attack through the middle or over the sides. 3. Decision making to attack space with dribble/pass.
Technical P/R to goal (25 mins)
Organization: from 10y past the midline to the goal.
Instructions:
2 Attacking patterns:
After 5 minutes switch sides to repeat the same pattern from the opposite side.
Player who lays the ball off gets the ball and goes back in line.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed on the passes 2. Opposite movements (different lines) 3. Open body shape to turn/play faster 4. Attack the goal in your FT and shot.
Progressions:
- Add a defender by the first triangle who tries to intercept the pass.
- Add a 2nd defender in front of the first deep players to try and intercept the pass.
