The keeper will start in the goal he will come out and get set for the cross come out and claim it then he will throw it back to the server then he will get ready for a 12 yard strike from the attacker. This will work the same for the other side ( 2 keepers working in the goal )
Progression
Add in a mannequin the keeper will become in between the mannequin and the near post take a love dive to their right then the keeper will get up and set in the goal for a strike from the penalty area from the server
in this drill your looking for how commanding your keepers are and how they come to claim it and the ability to set high and quick for the shot
i will be using a laize-faire approach to the drill and if they make a mistake i will continue to use this style as they are still at young age of learning football
I will also be using my voice for commands ( to tell the players when they should start / end or pause the drill. ( this is classical conditioning )
I will use operant coaching as well by using words such as well done , that's how you do it and good set. this will boost players confidence and give them mini rewards
Observation learning will be used and i will be doing demonstrations myself as a coach and showing them how to complete the drill this demonstration should last 20-25 seconds.
V- Demonstrations , i will show the players where they're going wrong and how they will complete the drill to the correct standard
A- Telling them , i will tell them how they will be doing the drill and telling them where they should be positioned in the drill
K- I will leave the players to the drill so that they can see what mistakes are being made and let them understand how they can improve next time
Coaching points
Footwork ( side step movements)
Set position ( soft hands)
Quick transition ( from a to b )

Cool down
Players will perform a few deactivating stretches that will help players prevent the high chances of fatigue or pulling a muscle also this will be the chance for players to be able to take a water break but while they do this as a coach you should encourage no sitting down as this creates a build up in lactic acid.

Warm up
The players will form a rondo together and will go along by these rules
Nutmeg stay in the middle
2 touch max
this will help the players to be able to become better with the ball in tight situations and when to release the ball
A laize-faire style is used here as it is a young age group and they might take criticism to heart in the warm up.
