Two teams made up of four players per team.3V3 in the playing zone. One player off each team in a receiving zone. To score, team in possession are attempting to pass the ball thru on of the four gates to be received by their teammate on the other side

When a team scores, the player receiving the ball switched with a teammate in the playing zone. Play resumes with the opposition side
