This drill focuses on GK's receiving a pass back from a fullback and then giving a pass to the fullback on the other side. Once the ball goes around once, you switch the rotation of the passing.
Coaching Points: GK's should only have two touche before passing the ball. Passes should be ahead of the fullbacks like in a game.

This drill focuses on blocking shots and immediately passing the ball to whichever fullback they think is the best option. Each player will take a shot, and the keeper will block it and pass the ball. This allows them to practice decision-making. After the fullback receives the ball from the keeper, they pass it to the teammate at the cone and take their place.
Coaching Point: This should be fast-paced so the keeper can practice game-like scenarios. Both fullbacks should be prepared to receive a pass from the keeper.

This is a warm-up drill for a goalkeeper. GK will shuffle to each cone, keeping their body in a low squat. Once the GK gets to the last cone, the coach will throw the ball to whichever side they choose. GK has to shuffle to catch the ball. After the GK catches the ball, they jog back to the first cone and repeat.
Coaching Points: Make sure the GK is not crossing their feet when shuffling.
