Instructions:
The teams will now be an attacking team and a defending team.
Defending team will pass out the ball and wait for the attacker to receive it.
Attacking team is looking to dribble through either of their two color gates for 1 pt. (ie blue)
The defending team can steal it and go to their gate ( yellow) for 1 pt

Where is the pressure? space? where can we take our touch?
Should we go toward the defender or to the space?
Where can you take the first touch so it goes away from the defender?
If you stop the ball dead does the defender have more time to get to you?
PR- Defender can pressure as soon as they pass

- 3v3 scrimmage
- Second field set up depending on numbers available.
- Mini goals.
Instructions:
- Rotate teams after 5 mins if operating with multiple fields.
- Pass in on restarts.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Utilize sidelines as extra defender.
- Get close enough to prevent attacker from playing.
- "Once you've won the ball, what's your next move?" Awareness of surroundings.

4 gates one on each side. 2 different colors on oppposite sides.
Each player with a ball
Instructions:
Players will pass the ball across from each other to opposing side and the same time and the players will look to dribble to either of their gates.
The playerin front will be the revceiver the next player behind them will be the passers. They will raise hands when ready then say go for the pass.Team 1 to yellows Team 2 to blues . Pick which gate first.
Teams get a point if they can dribble through their gate first.
