Organization:
- Three (3) grids each 20 x 10
Instructions:
- Players play 1vs1 looking to beat the defender and score.
- Players interchange attacking and defending roles.
Coaching Points:
- Attack with speed.
- Attack the defenders front foot.
- Decision of what move to use, if a move at all. (space)
- Reading defender's body shape.* (unbalance)
- Positive attitude to score.

Organization:
- 3 fields each 20 x 10
Instructions:
- Players play 1 vs 1 with a plus 1 player in attacking half
- Plus 1 player only has 1 touch
- Plus 1 player takes kick in for both players in half they are in
- Plus 1 player can not defend or score
Coaching Points:
- Creating space to receive (team space, individual space)
- Creating space in behind defender
- Decision whether to combine to beat player or use move
- Reading defender's body shape to off balance
- Positive attitude to shooting
Movement of support player to read passing lanes and angles
Additional rules:
- 10 passes is a goal (use rule if defender decides that they are just going to stand in front of the goal
Variations:
- Place support player in defending half of the field.

Instructions:
- Two teams of (6) each defend a goal. Player "A" plays a long pass into either player "B" or "C", creating a 2 vs 1 to goal. The shooting player becomes the defender as (2) players from BLUE now counter attack the defending player in WHITE.
- Once (2) BLUE players end with a shot on goal, the shooting player on BLUE defends the counter attack of WHITE.
Coaching Points:
- Identify/Create space.
- Attack at speed.
- Penetrate behind defender.
- Attack the front foot of the defender.
- Use visual cues* (2nd attacker)

+ Look for combinations
Progressions:
- Go to 3vs2 or 4vs2
- Start from wider areas

Warm Up
Organization:
- 12 x 12 triangles with four (4) players per triangle.
- Start by dribbling inside the triangle using different moves and dynamic movements to stretch.
- Players incorporate running with the ball, moves, and combination passing to conclude warm-up.
Coaching Points:
- Keep hte ball close to the foot, using the pinki toe to dribble.
- Positive touch forward.
- Ready to recieve the ball.
- Play with the head up.
- Angled body to create positive touch forward.
Progressions:
- Increase speed.
- Change directions and dominant foot.
- Change combinations.
