SAQ small group (15 mins)

Teams split up into 2 groups. Players have a ball each performing a variety of actions in their grid.

- Ball Mastery (toe taps / boxes / brazilian toe taps etc)

- Skill school

- Juggling

- 1 bounce

- 2 player pass and moves

- 4 player pass and move

- 3v1 possession

On the coaches command, the teams will switch grids, however, on the way through, they must go through the SAQ equipment (ladders / hoops / flags / hurdles). Coach can vary the movements through the equipment.

Square Passing (Fitness) (10 mins)

Fitness (Pass and Sprint)

Players pass around the square but once they make a pass they sprint halfway to the next cone then back to their cone.

Progression: Players must follow their pass to the ext cone and then sprint back to their original cone (point is lost if they don't get back before the person who passes to them receives it

Transition (50 pass game) (15 mins)

Transition Technical Practice

Teams try to keep possession in their half. 4 defenders go into the opposition half to try to win the ball, once they do so, they play into their half and follow the pass. 4 defenders then go across.

First team to make 50 passes wins

Press ball immediately on losing ball

Keepaway inside initial grid. Upon coach's call, both teams sprint across to the opposite grid and carry on game. First team to 50 passes wins.
