Step Over Combination - Using Both Feet Followed By A Shot at Goal
Players to dribble to the first Mannequin/Pole and execute a left foot step over and then dribble towards the second Mannequin/Pole and then execute a right foot step over , they dribble to last Mannequin /Pole and execute a left foot step over and then take a left footed shot into the small goal, collect ball and run to back of your own line.
Progression: Make it a competition , some players might have to go twice if un even teams , first team to have all the players back sitting down wins.
Coaching Points: Same as Warm Up, Heads to be lifted to see ball and Mannequin/Pole, should all be smaller touches apart from the touch to get away from Mannequin/Pole. Looking for strong technique over speed, speed them up as they get better and slow them down if they need extra support.
Make drill size age appropriate , the above is only or example.

3v3 Back to Back Goals Game (15 mins)
Warm Up - 3v3 (2 Goals Back to Back in Middle)
Set up - The Above shows set up for a squad of 20 but easily adjust to your numbers
Player 1 passes the ball through the space between the goals with weighted punched pass to player 1 of the opposition team , when the ball lands at the players feet the game begins, three players enter the pitch and attempt to score in any of the goals. Game ends with a goal or ball goes out of play. This game is great for decision making , teamwork & space awareness , let the players decide if there dribbling, passing or making pitch big etc, when the game is complete ask your players about what they did good and what they can do better even at this young age they will have answers and learnt from the game.
Coaching Points - Lift head when dribbling (see ball and what's ahead), Controlled big touches to get to get away from opponents , small touches when approaching opposition, try and keep ball on safe side. Encourage , encourage , encourage, we want high tempo games .
Progression - Add competition by keeping both teams scores throughout the game.
