High Intensity Roll Over
Overload Attack = 3 v 1
Ball starts from coach feed from the centre
Defenders switch in and out of the box each go
If attack win/score = new ball start for other side from coach
If defensive win = pass the ball to new side for the 3 to start their attack.
Attackers follow around to the next station each time.
3-5 minute work period.
Principles
Ball Possession = Height and Width, Early Shot, Promote the right hand side
Non Ball Possession = Most dangerous player, channel to the sides
Progression = 3 v 2 + 3 v 3
Regression = No roll over, one sided activity

Variety of Passes
- Push, Slap, Hit, Flick, Reverse Stick Slap, Aerial
Technical Focus
Player A = Receipt outside right foot, feet facing forward, 2 seconds to turn and return
Player B = Receipt in front of right foot, feet facing forward, allow the body to turn with the receipt, 2 seconds to turn and pass
Player C = Receipt in front of right foot, feet facing forward, control to go forward, 2 seconds to turn and pass
Spend 3-5 minutes on each passing technique and ensure that all take away the key coaching points
Use timed/consistency challenges to make the technical engaging.
