4 vs 4 + 3 Pep Guardiola oefening
in het veld staan 4 vs 4 spelers, Achter de middenlijn en 23 meter lijn staan twee jokers en in het speelveld staat in de as nog 1 extra joker. Die zijn bij de bal bezittende partij. Doel is een nummeriek overtal uitspelen en de bal in bezit te houden en proberen als team van zijde naar zijde de bal te spelen. Het team in NBB probeert door veel druk op de bal te houden en als team compact te verdedigen de bal te onderscheppen. Na 4 minuten Jokers wisselen. Deze oefening bevordert de handelingsnelheid en de passing game maar ook het snel schakelen van BB naar NBB.
