Set Up: Half/3/4 pitch, 1 big goal facing 2/3 target goals positioned as shown. Players in 2 teams. 3 Reds attacking big goal move onto pitch, 2 blue defenders come out to defend 3v2. Reds attempt to score, blues defend & try to win to counter.
Once 1st ball ends, 1 Blue outside player will play into 2 Blues still on pitch & they play 2v3 & try to counter attack & score into 3 target goals. One 2nd ball ends players rejoin group & next players enter. Rotate after set time
Scoring: 1 goal into large goal = 1 PT, target goals = 3 pts.
Progressions: Blue plays in & joins in to create 3v3 counter.
