INSTRUCTIONS:
One player from each team start on the field. Every player has a ball.
One player starts the game by dribbling or passing in for a 2v1
As soon as a shot is taken or the ball goes out, the person who has been their the longest on the overload team exits.
An opponent enters from the opposite end, and now they have a 2v1 overload
Repeat this continuously
If the single player scores, one of the players from the team with two, still exits.
Exiting player is always the one with overload team that has been on the longest.
COACHING CONSIDERATIONS:
Are players entering and attacking aggressively?
Are the defenders able to apply some pressure?
Progression to reduce overload advantage?
